EDF's Group Purchasing Department meets the Group's requirements in terms of Ethics and Compliance and ensures that these principles are applied in its business relationships.

The supplier undertakes to respect, and to ensure that its employees, suppliers and subcontractors respect, EDF Group's commitments, particularly with regard to corruption, market abuse, competition, public procurement, international sanctions, etc.

To this end, each bidder must agree by signing the declaration and commitment to compliance in the Purchasing Portal.
 

Against a backdrop of economic and geopolitical tensions, the regulatory framework is constantly evolving. Prior to any commitment, EDF verifies that its business relationship or the planned transaction complies with applicable regulations on international sanctions and export controls.

Compliance with international sanctions and export controls

Suppliers are therefore required to complete an Export Control Sanctions International (EXCSI) questionnaire and a certificate attesting to the absence of links with Russia.

Finally, the Purchasing Department regularly checks the integrity of business relationships.
