Luc is in charge of solar development at EDF Hydro Sud-Ouest. He represents the client of the Fil'R SUN project hosted on an EDF Hydro-Sud-Ouest installation in Haute-Garonne. He coordinates the LIFE Fil'R SUN partnership with the European Commission.
