From 17 to 19 January 2023, the 6 finalists of the EDF Pulse Incubation Awards met in the Factory space in La Défense to perfect their value propositions. Their goal? Convince the final jury and win the Pulse Incubation Prize!
For the first year, the EDF Pulse Awards have dedicated an Incubation Award to the Group's employees' intrapreneurial projects that could create new business for EDF. The stakes are high for the 6 finalist teams: convince of the business potential of their solution.
3 days of workshops to learn how to convince
The teams of EDF Pulse Factory and EDF Pulse Incubation, in partnership with the start-up accelerator Wilco, accompanied the project leaders for three days in the innovation space “La Factory” in La Défense.
Thanks to various methods of innovation, such as design thinking, and thanks to the feedback of professional experts, the teams were able to test their arguments, challenge their business models and leave with the best advice to convince the final jury of the EDF Pulse Incubation Awards.
These 3 days of bootcamp bring project leaders into a creative and unifying tension. This is sometimes the first time that teams dedicate such a long and continuous time to be gathered only for the purpose of digging up their offer and confronting it with the curiosities and requirements of a collective. The sequence of activities is enriching, destabilizing, sometimes frustrating, and finally, day after day, the value proposition, the client segments or the business model become clearer.
A white jury made up of the teams of EDF Pulse Incubation, EDF Pulse Ventures and our partner Impulse Partners, concluded the 3 days of bootcamp.
