EDF SA has posted an equality index of 90 points for 2022
This result marks the fourth consecutive year in which EDF SA has reported an overall score of 90 points or more on the gender equality index. Implemented after the introduction of the law on "Freedom to Choose One's Professional Future" dated 5 Septemper 2018, this indicator allows companies in particular to measure the pay gaps between women and men, and to showcase the progress that they are making.
